Daniel Trigger is a talented rock singer
and songwriter from Bromsgrove, UK. He started his musical career at the age of
15 singing for bands in the styles of hard rock, heavy metal and blues.
“I sang for a heavy metal
band called ‘Full Tilt’, and also for a blues/rock band called ‘Easy’ back in
the 1990’s. Both bands helped me develop as a singer and songwriter. I then formed my own band ‘Trigger’ with my wife Sally in 2003”.
AS a classic stadium rock act, “Trigger” recorded 4 albums, and played
together for nearly 10 years, and after a long road of live performances and
success, Daniel decided to continue his musical career as a solo artist. In
2012 Daniel Trigger released his
first solo album titled “Infinite Persistence”, an album
of pure rock tracks that received encouraging reviews and feedback from fans
worldwide. “Infinite Persistence” was also supported by Pure Steel Records, a label that
brought the album to a wider rock audience together with UK based Two Side Moon Promotions.
“I released my first solo
album ‘Infinite Persistence’ in 2012, still writing and performing melodic hard
rock, but with a slightly more modern edge”.
In February
2014, Daniel Trigger released his
second solo album titled “Army Of One”,
a self made record of well done nine heavy rock tracks. “Army of One” is filled with powerful lead vocals and killer riffs
guitars. Although it stays true to Daniel Trigger’s influences and music likes,
his singing style combined with unique melodic and heavy rock tunes make the
difference.
“I have always
loved stadium rock music since I first heard “The Final Countdown” by Europe
back in 1989, and I have always tried to make melodic classic stadium rock ever
since. I also enjoy Bon Jovi, Guns N Roses, Queen, and more currently, Alter
Bridge and Black Stone Cherry. I am also a big fan of Skid Row, and have always
tried to make my vocals the same standard as Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach,
who I think is awesome!”
“Army Of One was all
recorded at my home, except the drums which were recorded in a recording
studio. I play all of the instruments and sing all of the vocals; the only
other musicians are David D’Andrade who plays the guitar solos, and Jerry
Sadowski who plays the drums. Otherwise, it’s all me, I even mixed the album
myself,so that is why it’s called ‘Army Of One’!”
Daniel
Trigger is currently promoting “Army Of
One” online, and the CD is available at his Bandcamp page:
